By purchasing or downloading a Framekin product, you agree to these terms, the product license and the refund policy.
Digital products
Framekin sells downloadable website templates, source code, page designs and related components. Each product page describes the included files, supported stack and license. Products are supplied electronically; no physical item is shipped.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed and charged in USD unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Payment is handled by the provider selected at checkout. Framekin validates the catalog and recalculates the total before creating a payment session. An order is accepted only after the provider confirms successful payment.
Delivery
Verified payments trigger delivery to the email supplied at checkout. Download links are private and time-limited. Customers are responsible for entering a working email address and storing downloaded files securely.
License and acceptable use
A purchase grants the rights stated in the Framekin commercial license. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying product or permit resale, sublicensing, sharing, public source publication, redistribution or use beyond the number of end websites or clients allowed by that license.
Breach, suspension and termination
If a customer violates these terms or the commercial license, including by reselling a template, redistributing source files, publishing source code in a public repository or using one purchase for unauthorized projects, Framekin may suspend or terminate download and support access, refuse future orders, revoke the affected license, and require the customer to stop using and delete unauthorized copies. Framekin may also take reasonable steps to protect its products and pursue available remedies. These measures do not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Availability and responsibility
Product descriptions and live demos are maintained to represent the delivered files accurately. Framekin does not guarantee that a product will work with undisclosed third-party software, hosting restrictions or custom modifications. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
