01What exactly do I receive?+
A private ZIP containing the source files listed on the product page, setup and customization documentation, asset notes, and the Framekin commercial license.
02Can I use a template on more than one website?+
Yes. One purchase lets one purchaser use the product on multiple websites that purchaser owns or operates. Client work and use for anyone else are not permitted. The source package may not be transferred, shared, reposted, resold, sublicensed or redistributed.
03Do I need a page builder?+
No. Products use the stack shown on their product page—Astro, HTML and CSS, or a clearly stated combination. There is no proprietary page-builder lock-in.
04Are the demos representative of the files?+
Yes. Live demos show the design direction, layout system and components included in the corresponding product. Demonstration copy and brand names are intended to be replaced.
05How are files delivered?+
After a payment is verified, a transactional email is sent to the checkout address with private, time-limited download links. Save the ZIP after downloading.
06What updates are included?+
Your purchase includes the version delivered and maintenance fixes released for that version. A future major redesign may be offered as a separate product.
07How do add-on items work?+
The $1.00 and $0.50 micro assets are real downloadable components, but they can only be added when another template is already in the bag. They cannot form an order by themselves.
08What if I am unsure about compatibility?+
Email support@framekin.com before purchasing with the product name, intended framework, hosting platform and required integration. We aim to reply within two business days.
09Can I request a refund?+
Framekin reviews duplicate charges, failed or corrupted delivery, and products materially different from their description under the published refund policy.
