Commercial license
One purchase licenses one purchaser to use the product on multiple websites that purchaser owns or operates. The source stays private and may not be used for clients or anyone else.
You may
- Use the product on multiple websites that you personally own or operate.
- Modify design, code, copy, colors, images and structure.
- Use those websites for your own personal or commercial activities.
- Keep private working copies and reasonable backups for those permitted websites.
You may not
- Use the product for a client, customer, employer or any other person or entity.
- Build, deliver or operate a website on behalf of someone else using the product.
- Transfer, share, lend, rent, repost, resell, sublicense or redistribute the source package or editable files.
- Publish the source in a public repository, downloadable library or shared asset collection.
- Turn the product or a modified version into another template, theme, component pack or starter kit for sale or free distribution.
One purchaser
The license belongs only to the purchaser shown on the order. Employees, contractors, agencies, collaborators and service providers do not become licensed purchasers merely because they work with or for the purchaser. Each separate purchaser needs a separate purchase.
Ownership and third-party assets
The license is granted by the individual owner and operator of framekin.com, trading under the Framekin brand. Framekin is an individually operated brand and is not represented as a company or separate legal entity. Rights in the original product elements remain with that rights holder. Customer copy, branding and replacement assets remain their respective owners’ property. Open-source dependencies, fonts, icons, images and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
